Window & Door Product Warranty
Our windows and doors are backed by the manufacturer's product warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Ask your installation expert for full warranty documentation specific to your selected product series.
Professional Installation Warranty
Hoosier Built stands behind every installation we perform. Our installation warranty covers workmanship — including flashing, sealing, and fitting — giving you peace of mind long after the job is done.
Glass Package Warranty
Our insulating glass units are backed by a seal failure warranty. If your glass develops a seal failure or fogging between the panes within the warranty period, we'll make it right.
Hardware Warranty
Locks, handles, cranks, and operating hardware are covered under the manufacturer's hardware warranty. If a hardware component fails under normal use, contact us and we'll get it resolved.
Screen Warranty
Window and door screens are covered for manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and pet damage are not covered, but we're happy to assist with replacement screens as needed.
