By accessing or using the website located at hoosierbuiltwindows.com, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Hoosier Built Windows LLC ("we," "our," "us," or "Company"), you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Hoosier Built Windows regardless of how they access the website or engage with our services.

Hoosier Built Windows LLC is a licensed and insured windows and doors contractor providing professional window replacement, window installation, entry door and patio door installation, storm windows, and European tilt & turn window services throughout Central Indiana. Services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and written estimate approval. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. All service scopes, pricing, and timelines are defined in a written estimate or contract provided prior to commencement of work. Verbal representations do not constitute binding service agreements.

All estimates provided by Hoosier Built Windows — whether in person, by phone, email, or through the website — are non-binding until both parties have signed a written service agreement or the client has provided written authorization to proceed. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Actual project costs may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or the client requests additions or modifications after work has commenced.

Payment terms will be outlined in the written service agreement provided for each project. By engaging our services, you agree to the payment schedule specified in that agreement. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge. Hoosier Built Windows reserves the right to pause or terminate work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule. Clients are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, in the event of non-payment.

To ensure successful project completion, the client agrees to:

• Provide Hoosier Built Windows with reasonable access to the property at agreed-upon times
• Remove or protect personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items prior to work commencement
• Disclose any known property conditions that may affect the work, including water damage, mold, lead paint, or structural issues
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas during active installation
• Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional charges, or termination of the service agreement without refund of any deposit paid.

Hoosier Built Windows stands behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the completed work, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will return to address any legitimate workmanship concerns at no additional charge. This warranty covers workmanship defects only and does not cover:

• Damage caused by client negligence, improper use, or alterations by third parties
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Issues resulting from pre-existing structural or moisture conditions not disclosed prior to work
• Color, style, or finish dissatisfaction where the client approved the selection in writing

Our workmanship warranty does not extend beyond the limitations of the product manufacturer's warranty for the materials used on your project.

The Windows & Doors Visualizer tool available on this website is provided as a courtesy and for general planning purposes only. Results generated by the tool are digital approximations and may not accurately represent how products will appear on your actual home, windows, or doors, or in your specific lighting conditions. Hoosier Built Windows makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of visualizer results. Final product selection approval remains the sole responsibility of the client. Hoosier Built Windows is not liable for dissatisfaction with final results based on Visualizer previews. Images uploaded to the tool are processed solely to power the visualization and are not stored permanently or used for any other purpose.

To operate our website and deliver services, Hoosier Built Windows uses trusted third-party platforms and service providers. By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the involvement of these providers:

• Twilio, Inc. (twilio.com) — Our SMS delivery provider. Twilio sends appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, estimate follow-ups, service updates, and promotional offers on our behalf to customers who have explicitly opted in. • Base44 — The application platform powering our website, Visualizer, client portal, and data infrastructure. Your data is stored and processed within Base44's platform environment.
• Google Services — Including Google Analytics for site performance measurement and Google Ads for advertising. Data collected is anonymized and aggregated.
• Other Providers — We may engage additional providers for scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, and business operations. All providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and only as directed by Hoosier Built Windows.

Hoosier Built Windows is not responsible for the independent actions, outages, data practices, or policies of any third-party provider. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the involvement of these providers as necessary to deliver the service.

• Permitted Message Types: Appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, estimate follow-ups, project status notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
• Message Frequency: Varies based on your interaction with our business. Typically up to 5 messages per month.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-In Confirmation: Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation text: "Hoosier Built Windows: You're now opted in to receive texts from us about your project. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
• Opt-In Keywords: You may also text START, YES, or OPTIN to our number to opt in at any time.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a final confirmation text: "You have been unsubscribed from Hoosier Built Windows messages. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent.
